As the sole owner of PCS, I bring a personal, hands-on commitment to every client engagement. You don't get passed down to junior staff or account managers; you work directly with a dedicated professional who takes full ownership of your business needs, delivering meticulous attention to detail and unwavering professionalism from start to finish.

Based in Central and Western New York, I proudly serve businesses throughout Upstate NY, spanning the entire region between Buffalo and Syracuse.

My approach is built on a foundation of real-world problem-solving and service:

• Public Safety Experience: Having served as a firefighter and EMT for nearly a decade, I spent years managing high-pressure situations, assessing risk in real time, and maintaining strict operational protocols. That experience translates directly into how I approach business systems, compliance, and emergency-level detail in claims and IT management.

• Dual-Domain Expertise: Holding a BSBA in IT Management alongside a New York State General Adjuster license allows me to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and complex operational claims.
